This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on https://mellois.com.
1. Processing Times
- All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders or delays at our warehouses, processing times may be extended. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We primarily ship to customers within the United States. Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- Standard shipping (USA): 5–12 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs inspections, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout, unless a free-shipping promotion is applied. Any duties, taxes or additional charges collected by carriers or customs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (where available). Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.
5. Incorrect Addresses
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim, we may reship it at your expense or refund the order minus shipping costs, at our discretion.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier first and then reach out to us at info@mellois.com. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee free replacements in these cases.
7. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@mellois.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will review the claim and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
8. International Shipping
If we offer international shipping in the future, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These are determined by your local customs authority and are your responsibility.
