Return & Refund Policy

We want you to enjoy your purchase from Mellois. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our return and refund rules below.

1. Return Window

  • You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging (where reasonably possible).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Gift cards;
  • Personalized or custom-made items;
  • Health, personal-care, or intimate products where the seal has been broken;
  • Sale or clearance items marked as "final sale", where stated.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@mellois.com and include:
    • Your order number,
    • The item(s) you wish to return,
    • The reason for the return,
    • Clear photos if there is damage or a defect.
  2. We will review your request and, if approved, send you instructions for returning your item. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

4. Return Shipping

  • Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or in case of our error.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@mellois.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@mellois.com.

9. Chargebacks

If you have any issues with your order, contact us first. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks we believe are fraudulent or inconsistent with this Policy.
